The Gate to Lemuria is more than a brand — it’s a movement toward meaningful, accessible healing and empowered community connection. Founded by Nez, an intuitive healer, trauma-informed space holder, and the creator of The Crystal Cove, this space was born from a desire to integrate holistic well-being with real-world support systems.

With a background in Psychology and lived experience as a mother of neurodivergent children, Nez has spent the last decade working both personally and professionally in spaces of care, education, and advocacy. Her passion for inclusion and holistic healing is supported by extensive community work, including:

    •    Supporting perinatal and postnatal women through Mind UK

    •    Mentoring young offenders at Feltham Youth Offender Institute

    •    Acting as an Appropriate Adult in Southwark, providing support to vulnerable individuals in custody

    •    Championing her residential block under Hexagon Housing, advocating for resident well-being

    •    Facilitating Local Ward Panel Meetings in a leadership role focused on community safety

Her journey blends both heart and hands-on action. She has trained in energy work and holistic therapies, and regularly taught Mini Medics and First Aid for Life to Key Stage 1 and 2 students in local schools in the last 4 years. She also runs a local Bounce Club for children, parents, and educators, weaving joy, movement, and connection into everyday life.

Much of Nez’s love for community work comes from her own upbringing — shaped by challenges, resilience, and a deep inner calling to help others feel safe, supported, and seen. Her passion is rooted in lived experience and daily encounters with vulnerability, which only deepen her commitment to building spaces that reach those who need them most.
